I combined these two weeks so we got get to the Christmas story for next week. The Ff and fiery furnace didn't really capture her attention anyway so we just spent one day on that and the rest on Ww and Jonah and the whale, which she loved.
I had to take a picture of her paper. She was to either draw or cut out four men to go in the furnace. She brought me the Sports Illustrated her dad got the day before. And yes, the basketball player is Jesus. Cracked me up!
We talked about fire safety and what to do if there is a fire.
We did some experiments with water. Saw what it did in its three stages. She loves to play with water so this was perfect. Fish have always fascinated her too. So for her to think about someone being in the belly of one was awe inspiring.
