I was very open about Mac's dairy and soy intolerances as it was a little known problem and highly misunderstood. Thankfully she out grew it with minor issues still based on what kind and amount of dairy she eats.
Camryn is showing early signs of the same thing.
So today is my first day dairy free. Yikes. This girl likes her cheese! But I have to keep in mind I'm doing what's best for baby.
Here we go...again.
